I heard a song at the end of the world
and I saw the people dance.
I heard the voice of a million million,
as they danced to the very last.

It began so simple, and I saw there,
to witness one young girl.
With tears in her eyes, family held,
she opened the world with a song.

The song from that one little girl
did not match her size, or her like.
The power and beauty of this little soul
deafened the voice of the crash.

And one by one, then tens and more,
we joined that one little girl.
Alone, then together, we lifted our voice
into harmony with the chaos around.

As mountains boiled and oceans wept,
Our voices were lifted through all.
In a terrified dance, we sang to the last,
A song for the end of the world.
